The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home, perfect for families, groups, or business stays. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cosy living areas with TVs, and enjoy five bedrooms, four of which have their own TVs for private entertainment. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (usually open from May to September), measuring 7.5m x 3.8m, with a shallow end of 3ft 8in sloping to a deeper end of 5ft 5in, maintained at a comfortable 27°C for year-round enjoyment.

Located on the banks of the River Coln in the beautiful Cotswold village of Quenington, The Cottage is attached to the stunning Grade II Listed Old Rectory. Situated 15 minutes from the historic bustling market town of Cirencester and 40 minutes from Cheltenham with its world famous racecourse. The nearby town of Fairford offers beautiful walks along the old mill and a famous church. There is a lovely, quaint pub a 2 minute walk away offering great food and cosy settings.

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!
