  • Secrets of Magic
Prepare to be inspired and spellbound as we go on an epic 90 minute journey through my magical world. Join me in the Secrets of Magic Zoom Classroom where you will take part in a mind-blowing magic show with everyday objects such as cards, coins & the gold-dust of our times - a roll of toilet paper! I'll share with you heartfelt & inspiring stories of truly magical moments that have happened while entertaining children in hospital, which helped me discover what the true secret of magic really is. The show section dramatically ends with an attempt to break one of my Guinness World Records live for you on camera! (Goes without saying it won't be the skydive record I'm afraid) Then it's your turn to give it a go! I'll share with you some of the tricks you've just witnessed me perform. But this experience won't just be about learning tricks, we'll also explore the psychology that turns a trick into a piece of magic. For families, the recommended age of this experience is 5+ however private bookings get a custom service, allowing me to adapt to your child's age range/needs. This experience is great for team-building and if you book as a private group, I can provide a surprise, bespoke piece of magic in the show. Is your group larger than my listed max group size for private groups? Send me a message! *Price is based on per person watching, even if viewing on the same device*

  • Oxford's famous and hidden gems
Oxford’s city centre is a concentration of all you want to know. Within a relatively small area there are hundreds of years of history which we will be experiencing by walking for a couple of hours. We will tour the famous sights and learn about the culture, reasons and history behind what we see. We will hear about the famous Oxford personalities, who shaped the world and learn about their world. We will also discover more hidden places, the ones tourists (and many locals) don’t know about. I will point out the locations of world famous films and the stunning hidden architecture. This is a tour for very small groups as I want you to feel comfortable and able to ask questions. If there is any particular requirement, just ask and I will do my utter best to accommodate you. Most of the times, it would be your own private tour. We will meet outside the Randolph Hotel, on Beaumont Street, opposite the Ashmolean Museum and start our adventure from there. Other things to note My tours are suitable for families and children under 10 come for free. We will be passing many shops during our walk where you can buy drinks and snacks if needed. This tour is wheelchair and child friendly. As the group size is very small you will almost certainly enjoy a fully private tour.

  • Oxford city walking tour with a local
A small-group walking tour is the best way to see Oxford, a vibrant city steeped in history with amazing architecture & the prestigious Oxford University. Enjoy a relaxed & informative tour any time of the year come rain or shine with a small group of people. You will see Oxford's most famous sites, discover parts of the city that many visitors don't see, see inside a college (*), hear about Oxford's literary greats & visit Harry Potter film locations. Along the route, you will see ancient buildings, colleges, theatres, libraries, a market, gardens and a tranquil river. We visit a Gelateria for award-winning gelato or the best hot chocolate, then later an ancient pub to cool down in the summer & warm up in the winter! Most Oxford tours are with large groups lasting just 90 minutes, whereas guests who have taken this small group, 2.5-hour tour, love its intimate & relaxed nature, plus they enjoy meeting fellow travellers from the Airbnb community - I hope you do as well. Come as a stranger, leave as a friend! If you are not an Airbnb member, contact me via myoxfordtravel. During the current COVID-19 UK restrictions the health and well-being of my guests is extremely important, so measures such as face masks, hand sanitisation, group size limited to 10 and keeping to quieter areas will be applied. • Oxford University Tour With Alumni
We will start with a whirlwind overview of Oxford as the central player in 1,000 years of British history, and giving guests an understanding of how the sprawling institution operates before embarking on the tour. Navigating down the windy alleyways we will get an insiders take on the little known viewing angles that bring across the drama of the world famous architecture in this city. With striking spires and imposing buildings, we will cover how these influenced Tolkien, C S Lewis, along with Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. We will enter one of the oldest Colleges at Oxford, renowned for its beautiful gardens, before heading into one of the most famous Library's in the world - responsible for over 13 million books. Capping this off we will cover a Harry Potter film site, along with why the most powerful religious figure England has ever seen, was burnt alive in the centre of Oxford, on what is now such a nondescript part of road you could easily miss it. Please note: Colleges and the Library can shut without notice and currently they are available as of August 2021. If this changes on the day we will of course incorporate them - if we are not able to offer any access, we will offer up the option of a full refund.
