We had a great weekend at the Gîte d 'Andréa everything was as described very functional and very clean. Quiet. Very welcoming hosts. We would highly recommend it.

Great welcome by Geneviève. Very accommodating. We discovered a house full of charm, the children loved devouring the comics available and we were able to enjoy the meals on the terrace with this beautiful Auvergnat sun! Beautiful discovery of the region! We will be back!

Nice house, very well located, with magnificent view of Riom. The environment is quiet with very little traffic. Gilles is very responsive and responded promptly to all our requests.

We stayed 5 nights for 4 couples + 1 child for the holidays in the accommodation offered by Vincent and it was great 👌 The house is spacious and in a very pretty and quiet environment, it has a dishwasher, a fireplace with all the necessary firewood and a large bathroom. Billiards is a real plus, we had a great time! Vincent is a very discreet host but very available and responsive! We'll be happy to go back 😊 Some small improvements to consider: a kettle and a few extra bowls/cups. Otherwise the accommodation is very well equipped with even games for children!

Perfect for all my needs. Nice kitchen, separate bedroom and a balcony overlooking a canal. Top floor with elevator. Quite nice. easy to find and great transportation connections.

Impeccable and very functional accommodation, it's really nice to arrive in a place where you don't lack anything! We came to Vichy over 3 days only for a young horse contest so we did not visit the city (which looks beautiful), but as a rider, we highly recommend the accommodation which is not even a 5 minute walk from the equestrian stadium (1 minute by car)! We were even lucky enough to be able to park our VL right in front of the building. We will be back, very clean accommodation and beautiful decoration, it feels like home!

Ergonomic accommodation, very clean, 15 minutes' walk from the hyper-center. The living room is very nice with beautiful brightness. I recommend it unreservedly!

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment. Laure was always responsive and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, well located if you want to both enjoy the city center (on foot or via public transport) and go out easily by car to go hiking in the Chaîne des Puys. A big plus is the private garage that opens directly to the street.

Pleasant stay in Clermont thanks to Jacqueline who was very considerate and, despite her absence, was able to welcome us via another person. The accommodation totally suited us, with a kitchen open to the living room and a balcony overlooking the park with a beautiful view of the church (which only rings from 8am to 9PM) . The park is sometimes noisy in the late evening with the kids coming to play there, but once the windows are closed, it's fine. The bedding was comfortable and my spouse literally fell in love with the armchair and his footrest! The parking space is a real plus because it is impossible to find a free parking space in Clermont. Complicated with our big sedan, but luckily the parking was empty all the time, which allowed us to encroach on the next square and maneuver easily to get in/out of it. In short, very satisfied with our trip!

Hosted by Michel, who explained how the appliances in the listing work. A very good welcome, availability, and a nickel accommodation, with kitchen equipment worthy of home!!! I highly recommend this place that allowed us to have a perfect stay during a national sporting competition!

Were there for a night in transit, everything worked out great, even if we couldn't really enjoy the garden and pool due to the temperatures. The apartment was warm and for the two of us plus dog it was big enough and no problem at all that the conservatory was wintery cold... we didn't have to use it anyway.
