The house is rented alone or next to the Patio del Carbón for groups, since the two houses can be joined together without having to go out to the street to move from one house to another, the occupancy with the two houses can be up to 12 people. Rural accommodation at the foot of the Sierra Nevada within the municipality of Nigüelas with capacity for 4-6 people. The Corral de Serafín is a house in the purest style of the area, wooden ceilings, in the bedrooms, it retains an old stone wall in the living room. On the first floor, it has an outdoor patio, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed and toilet, on the second floor two bedrooms and full bathroom. It is located in one of the oldest areas of the village, where a part of irrigation is still uncovered, so on many occasions we are accompanied by the sound of the water. The village is in the same skirt of the mountain, it belongs to the Sierra Nevada National Park, it is three km from the highway. We have north Granada at 27 km, ski slopes 60 km away, south Lanjaron and Alpujarra at 16 km away and the Tropical Coast 40 km away. This makes Nigüelas have a magnificent situation to visit Granada. Aguas Calmas Farmhouse

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. Casa Cerezo. Mulhacen and Veleta views.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.
