We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Beautiful apartment a pie de playa. New (2020), wonderful sea views and all the amenities. Private parking space. Pool with sea views open all year round normally; but the agreements of the Community of owners, the drought, ETC. can temporarily limit its use. Check with the owner for availability. Oceanfront urbanization (Zona Dunas la Carraca). An oasis of tranquility very close to the services of El Morche and the promenade of TORROX-COSTA.
