The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. The wooden house was made from the wood of our own forest sustainably and with love and received a timber construction award.

The property is very spacious, has a great conservatory (veranda vetrata - unheated in winter) and offers direct access to the lawn in front of the house. Our guests receive the Holidaypass: free use of public transport in South Tyrol and, in May and June 2026 and 2027, free use of the lifts in Skiworld Ahrntal.
