The villa, which opened in June 2022, is in a quiet location and is aimed at discerning couples, solo travelers and families who value peace and quality. In total, there is space for 2-6 people. Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
