Christine is a very kind-hearted person. I enjoyed staying with her. The room is small, as one can see on the photo. So this was nor a surprise. I was thankful that I was allowed to cook and prepare my meals in the kitchen. Several bus routes run from just round the corner. I bought myself a week bus ticket and used it a lot. I also went for a hike just from the house into the countryside.

My husband and I stayed at 36 Ring Road for two nights whilst visiting our son who is at the local university. We throughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful hideaway. The accommodation is clean, modern, with comfortable beds and in a peaceful secluded spot. It was lovely to relax in the small courtyard during the warm evening. Geraint was the perfect host, responsive to any queries before and during our stay. Also friendly, without being intrusive. The location was perfect for us to take an Uber into Headingley (only 6-10 minutes) to meet our son and visit the many eateries and shops. We would recommend this little gem for anyone wanting to visit Leeds and the surrounding Yorkshire area 😊.

Fantastic Airbnb, one of the best we’ve stayed. Extremely clean, tidy, well laid out and equipped. Perfect location for us to visit family. Suzanne was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend.

Christine communicated well, was friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. The bedroom was a good size with everything we needed including fresh milk for tea. Christine gave us recommendations for restaurants and breakfast places all best accessed by car or a 20 minute walk. We slept well in a comfortable bed with pretty bed linen. The house was quiet and relaxing.
