We are happy to share with you our unique cave home located in the heart of Anaga Rural Park, awarded in 2015 as UNESCO Biosfere Reserve. The settlement is divided in 4 caves that serve as 3 double bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed wich allows 8 people sleeping in total. Kitchen is fully equipped and you can also enjoy the BBQ and terrace with amazing views. The infrared sauna is absolutely great after a day spent in nature since we are in the heart of well knowed hiking trails.

Placed in the north cost of Tenerife, as part of a small private housing development of only 12 houses, it´s surrounded by banana plantations, excepcional views protected natural area of La Rambla Castro, where canarian nature and seashore can be enjoyed.

The exclusive property features an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and a gym, breathtaking ocean everview, chef grade kitchen, a private sauna and a beautiful garden. The property consists of a main villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite) and a separate cottage with one bedroom and one bathroom, which can only be booked together (1200m2 plot). The housekeeper cleans the house and makes the beds from Monday - Friday. For power outages we have a backup system with Tesla batteries

Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Restored in April 2021 the cottage is just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove and modern appliances. El Refugio is located on the cliffs of La Matanza approx 250 m above the sea. It is located in an absolutely exposed position in the sun belt of the North and is also known as the sunniest community on the north coast of Tenerife. The nature reserve Costa Acentejo, with its circular hiking trail and path to the sea, starts just a few steps from the property. Relax in a calm, rural environment far away from the beaten track!
