The consummate host. From the moment I arrived on island Brian was the host who was always there when I needed something but always out of sight giving a peaceful sense of privacy and space. Brian’s selection process of potential guests creates an exclusive ambiance of some of the islands most interesting people. The layout has a sense of privacy and premium amenities which makes you feel as though you are in a private villa. The pool, spa and hot tub are just bit of the few activities that add to an already premium stay. Brian truly rivals any of the Airbnb not only on island but probably the region.

We had phenomenal experience staying at this Airbnb in Asan, Guam! The studio unit was absolutely delightful, with thoughtful small touches that made the space feel like a home away from home. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores was unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything that Asan has to offer. While a vehicle is a must to get around, it was well worth it to have the freedom to explore the island at my own pace. Almar, our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our plans changed many times while we’re there and I’m sure we were a bit a of a headache for her but she was incredibly gracious, flexible and helpful along the way. The studio was cozy and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy getaway in Asan, Guam.
