Spacious and luxurious villa with a fantastic sea view and a large swimming pool (shared with the villa next to it), overlooking the gulf of Koundouros.The guests can enjoy the awesome sunsets towards Cape Sounio and relax by the pool. It is fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 guests. The beds have comfortable quality mattresses and there is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. It is surrounded with small beaches and the nearest on is 80m from the front door.

Shines of sunrise or moonlight colour the three blues of sky, sea and water pool. Its interiors were enriched with tastefully selected materials and furnishings surrounded in a gorgeous garden with swimming pool. The distance from the port is 16 km and the last 700 meters are dirt road accessible by conventional car.
