Vacation rentals in Agios Dimitrios Zarakos

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

The place truly felt like home – very clean, well-equipped, and full of positive energy. We loved the good vibe with the cats and dogs, which made our stay even more special. Communication with Melina was smooth and easy, and we really enjoyed the warm conversation with her lovely mother. One of the better places we’ve stayed at, in a beautiful region surrounded by nature. Highly recommended!

Une maison magnifique avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est bien pensé et la rénovation est d’une très grande qualité. Tous les espaces sont très agréables et fonctionnels. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci pour ce séjour magique.

The host was very helpful during our stay. My daughter got sick and the host helped us with an appointment the same day. The house was great with the best view and sunset. You have to have a car to get there and to go to the beaches. The only minus with our stay was the hungry cats at the house. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Endroit parfait, calme, au bord de l'eau ! A proximité de Léonidio pour la grimpe et un bon choix de restaurants! Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et un lave linge pour vos habits sales!

Petit appartement en rez de chaussée, très simple ; correspond bien aux photos. Le nécessaire est disponible pour y séjourner (manque peut être une cafetière ;) ). Très propre. Extérieur partagé mais agréable. La pièce principale qui fait office de chambre est climatisée (mais pièce relativement fraîche même sans clim malgré la chaleur extérieure). (Pas de rideaux à la porte d'entrée vitrée donc la lumière du jour vous réveille tôt mais ça permet de profiter plus longtemps des journées !) Proche du centre ville et de la plage. Secteur calme. Communication très fluide, hôtes très agréables. A 40 min de Pounda (port pour Elafonissos) et 35 min du Monemvasia, donc emplacement parfait pour sillonner les environs. Merci pour ce court séjour ! :)

What a gorgeous place! Our host Panagiotis was very helpful and kind. We absolutely loved the room and town. Book it! You won’t regret it. Free beaches across the street and a wonderful town with nice people and close to many things to do including Monemvasia. We even saw two shooting stars! The stars are incredible at night. The views are gorgeous from the room. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved it.

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό και μπορεί πολύ εύκολα να φιλοξενήσει 6 άτομα, τα 8 θα είναι κάπως οριακά. Η διαρρύθμιση είναι καλή και βολεύεσαι αμέσως. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα και πολύ καλά μονωμένα, ο κεντρικός κλιματισμός δουλεύει πολύ καλά. Τα μπάνια ευρύχωρα και καλά εξοπλισμένα, όπως και η κουζίνα η οποία σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να μαγειρέψεις έως σύνθετα φαγητά. Η γενικότερη εμπειρία από τη διαμονή ήταν παρά πολύ καλή και το έχουμε τοποθετήσει στη πρώτες επιλογές για διακοπές την επόμενη χρόνια.

We loved this smart and comfortable new house (with all new contents) in a stunning and quiet location with great views, about 7 minutes by car from Stoupa, with a wide choice of excellent restaurants and good supermarkets. It worked really well for us as a couple with our two mid-20s children. Highly recommendable.
