The property features over a mile of wooded walking trails, a three acre pond, family friendly farm animals including everyone's favorite, Kenny the Clydesdale, a scenic back porch and more. The property and farmhouse is family friendly and accommodates up to six guests.

Working Cattle Ranch

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.

Enjoy a piece of history while staying in the Old Station guest cottage. Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. The cottages are located just off Lover’s Lane. Take a stroll, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.

Geodesic Sunset Dome

This cozy geodesic dome has its own private nook overlooking our second pond. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our unique compost toilet for a truly memorable experience. Included in the dome is a mini fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee, along with bowls, utensils, and towels.

Farmhouse Charm

We have a very cozy farmhouse style cottage. Has a large covered back porch for relaxing in the evenings. We are confident that you will feel right at home. We have a full access kitchen for cooking all your own delicious meals. Washer and dryer accessible to guests. Also featuring your very own coffee bar!!! We do allow pets we just ask that they be crated when indoors.

Country Cabin-a perfect getaway

This small but roomy little cabin sits in the peaceful countryside of Perkins, about 20 minutes from OSU and Stillwater. It can spaciously accommodate 2 guest but a 3rd bed (air mattress)or a pack and play can be placed in the living room area for a child or another adult. There is plenty of yard to the right of the cabin for your use.
