We were very happy with the apartment, it was very functional, large, plenty of light, nice bathrooms with great showers, we had everything we needed and the terrace with direct sea view was just amazing! The position of the apartment was also excellent, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently reached by car. There was a bit of noise coming from the neighbors (loud TV on same wall with bedroom) and also the smell of cooking came through the bathroom ventilation when neighbors were cooking. This is not something Salva can control, so I didn't take it as a direct negative point for his beautiful apartment, plus he is already putting solutions in place for these issue :) Salva is a great host, he met us directly for check in, he was very responsive for an issue we had with the coffee machine (he brought us a new one!), and we had a great time here in beautiful Aguadulce.

We felt very comfortable in Michel's apartment. Especially the terrace was beautiful. Restaurants, bars and the supermarket were within easy walking distance. Communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!!!!

I was extremely impressed with the quality of this superb apartment. Very central to the centre of Garrucha. AJ went out of his way to let my bicycle in a secure place.

Very recommended apartment. Very comfortable and very well located. The terrace is spectacular. The host is very nice and very easy to communicate with, although fortunately everything was as planned and it was not necessary to do it for anything extraordinary.

Tim was very friendly, he didn't put any problems to adapt to the departure and entry times we need. The house is very, very nicely equipped. He left us water, toilet paper, beach towels, paintings and notebook for the girl...nothing was missing. Many thanks for everything Tim!!!!

All perfect. Conforms to description. Large, quiet, in a spectacular village with everything to disconnect and enjoy the most beautiful park in the world with the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Super owner tips for restaurants and other stuff. You can come with your eyes closed.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication in the build up, then on arrival we were met by our host (or someone on the behalf, I’m not sure), they talked us through the whole place with great instructions and advice then left us to it. A clean and tidy villa, bathrooms where immaculate. A lovely peaceful setting but just a minute away from bars and restaurants and a beautiful sea front. We didn’t use the pool (it was January) but I was open and being maintained, ie cleaned and checked. It’s a very safe and secure setting. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, if not even nicer. Would absolutely recommend. Something to be aware of is the approach within the small complex is quite uneven due to a beautiful rocky walkway and there are four steps up to the property, just to be mindful of you have elderly travellers, although our 87 year old managed several times a day! Beautiful stay.

We stayed for a month and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Both the bed and TV are enormous! The location was quiet and there was a nice walk through the gardens to get to Garrucha. The beach was 5 minutes away. Carmen is lovely and has great recommendations for places to visit. I'd definitely go back.

We have I spent 3 days in this apartment, very well located near the bar area and in the center without the need to take the car. We were with a dog and there is no area nearby for them since it is in the middle of the pedestrian area. The host's attention was excellent. I would definitely go back.

We were with our baby and our stay was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the pool was very quiet and accessible.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and the place was beautiful. It’s the ideal location if you want to explore the surrounding towns and area. The apartment is as seen on the photos and of a very high standard. There are a number of great restaurants on the resort and I’d recommend the pizza and new burger restaurant that is located above the supermarket. The beach bar is also great for fresh fish and beverages. Overall I wish we could have stayed longer !!!!

It's a medium floor, for two people it's perfect. The terrace was very good, although there was a problem with the blind to reach it so we could not take full advantage of it. The place is very nice and in general everything was perfect, clean and tidy when we arrived. Very attentive and kind Luigi!

The apartment is ideal, everything is new and the beds are super comfortable, the development with the pools and swings ideal for children, we had a fantastic family vacation. Keep in mind that the development is a little removed from the village and the beach, with the car you can easily get around and you can park well anywhere. The treatment with Naddia and Nicolas was perfect, she helped us with everything. If you go to the area, I recommend the beach on the grounds or the one in Coccas, a few minutes away by car since the one that is close to the house is made of stones and for children it is not the best. For lunch there are several places the best to bring food home to La Paila.

We went as 2 adults with 2 10-year-old girls and the truth is that we were very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few quiet days and was quite clean. We enjoyed the pool and common areas, and we slept quite well. Overall, we had a great time. Maria was very friendly and explained everything very well. Although the area is a bit secluded, it has easy access to the town of Vera and supermarkets. We will definitely be back!!!
