We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. It can accommodate 2 people on 60 m² with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with adjoining living room with TV.In addition, there is a separate, small garden with seating and lockable garden shed for bicycles. A private parking space also belongs to the apartment.

Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
