The host is very welcoming and responsive.The room was also very close to the bus stop, the heating was warm, the room was very big and clean, we had a nice two days inside and look forward to staying again next time.

Lovely place to stay in Munich. We were able to walk through parkland or along the water to everywhere we wanted to go. Place was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, including washer/dryer and kitchen. Very responsive and helpful host.

A particularly great place to stay, especially if you are traveling with children and like animals. The feel-good factor is immediately available, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The location is also great. We felt almost at home from the first moment and enjoyed the days very much! There is enough space, even if there are six of you.

We spent 5 nights with our family in Robert's beautiful house. The house is right on the lake and has exceeded our expectations from the location. We were able to enjoy the sunset on the terrace in the evening. Communication was excellent, a children's travel cot for our one-year-old granddaughter was immediately provided. Very cozy historic house directly in the center. Two-story home, clean and well-stocked. Annette was very helpful and quick to respond to requests. Great solution also with children (the rooms are accessed by a staircase but it was made safe for the little ones with double gate). Comfortable kitchen. Bathroom equipped with both shower and bathtub. Very close to the s-bahn, reachable on foot in a few minutes. Thank you Annette for this stay in Wolfratshausen!

Everything was great with the apartment except there is a church nearby that might wake you up at 6am with the bells.

Super host! I had an early flight in and a late flight out and Florian was kind enough to accommodate both an early check-in and a late check-out. He was very responsive when I needed extra supplies, as well. Florian has done a great job with the space! It's a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Freising and within a 5-8-minute walk to both the bus and train stations. There is a bus stop right next to the building for a local bus line that will drop you right at the station as well. The farmer's market, also right outside the building, on Wednesday mornings, was a nice addition. The neighbors were extremely friendly and welcoming! A great stay altogether.

I'm glad we were able to spend a few days in this wonderful stay and neighborhood. The landlord is very friendly and kind. She was always available. Messaging was quick and seamless. I hope to have the opportunity to spend more time at this listing in the future. I can only recommend it to everyone. The kitchen-bath is equipped. Cleanliness and comfort were welcomed. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Great place to stay, very convenient for the train to Munich and to the Alps. Another time I would come later in April or early May, which is when boat trips begin and more mountain hiking routes are open. Heike was incredibly responsive and helpful, being just downstairs, and I felt she would help with any situation. The flat is obviously used by the family and so has many useful things such as paper and pencils, sandwich boxes - Heike even offered for my daughter to borrow some hiking boots to try. We loved the patio with the view of the mountains, to eat and to relax, and the comfortable and colourful furnishings.

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. We had a great time at this place. Very comfortable and suitable for a family of 4. Comfortable beds and a super shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful host.
