We are renting out a renovated 2-room apartment to non-smokers, measuring approximately 48 m² (when occupied by one person) or a 3-room apartment measuring approximately 63 m² (when occupied by 2 or more people, with an additional bedroom). The apartment is located in Mainburg on the ground floor of a two-family house built in 1960. Mainburg is located in the Hallertau hop cultivation area. The cities of Freising, Landshut, Regensburg, Ingolstadt, and Munich are approximately 30 to 45 minutes away by car. Munich can be reached in about 75 km.

In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, we offer bicycles, toys, table tennis, a foosball table, and an outdoor play area. The apartment offers 100 square meters of living space: The 3 bright single rooms are fully furnished. The rooms have beds, with rooms 1 & 2 having beds with a width of 140 x 200 cm, and room 3 having a bed of 120 x 200 cm. A fully equipped American kitchen is at your disposal. Family-friendly. A parking space for cars and bicycles is available. The proximity to cities such as Ingolstadt (15 min), Munich (55 min), Regensburg (40 min), and Nuremberg (55 min) can be reached by car/train.

Spacious ground-floor apartment (approx. 130 sq. m [1,400 sq. ft.]) in an idyllic location. Separate entrance with covered seating area, small sun terrace, and a cozy fitted kitchen. The apartment has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, central heating, a washing machine, and free parking. Storage options for bicycles and motorcycles are also available (prior arrangement required). McDonald's, a bakery, and supermarkets (REWE, V-Markt) are just 500 metres away and within easy walking distance.

Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

The spacious loft for two to three adults or two adults and two children has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a sofa bed (1.45 x 2 m). A private bathroom, which is currently separated by a curtain, and a well-equipped kitchen are available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached via its own entrance. A balcony is available. Pets are welcome!

We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).
