Spacious and functional apartment, quiet environment. Close to a convenience store and green spaces. We were able to check in early and check out later, in agreement with Agathe. We will definitely return to this accommodation, if you need to return to Poitiers.

The place is very peaceful, the apartment is located in a corner that is not lively, which allows us to be quiet for our stay. Thank you for these few days.

Spacious and very quiet accommodation, very pleasant for a family weekend in Poitiers.

I arrived in Saintes in a bit of a disaster after having a flat tire on the highway, arriving in the evening at a time when all the garages were already closed. Of all the homes available at the time, Frédéric and Agnès's seemed by far to be the best. I absolutely do not regret this choice: the apartment is very nice, cozy, well located and close to the pedestrian city center and restaurants, modern and tastefully and originally decorated. Beautiful view of the Charente, and flooded with the light of the rising sun in the morning... Enough to make you forget the hassles of the day before. The real plus: easy access to housing, clear instructions from the owner. Who in addition was particularly pleasant and responsive in his communication. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Saintes (whether it is unplanned, or you want to discover this beautiful little town).

Great vacation thanks to paquito. A gd thank you for his hospitality and especially for his kindness. A host who folds in 4 as rarely to ensure that we are settled in, ms while remaining respectful and discreet. Perfect place, easy to park, clean and large. Machine, coffee maker, microwave ect on site and large areas 2min away, and La Rochelle 20min away. In short everything was perfect, a real tear of going home and again a big thank you to this host whom we warmly recommend

We had a very good night at Véronique's cottage, ideally located on our road to the futuroscope. The accommodation is unbeatable in terms of quality - price: there are everything: bed sheets, towels, cleaning included, basic necessities. It's super convenient and very hard to find. Sandrine's place is as described, clean and comfortable. It is close to the Saint Laurent de la Prée train station which allows you to walk there and be able to go to Rochefort and La Rochelle without a car. Fouras beaches are 5 minutes away by car.

We had a wonderful week at the property Thanks to her daughter for the information on the area of Fouras as well as the nearby activity tips. Thank you also for the flexibility for check-in and check-out.

Small well equipped house and studio, with the necessities available which is a real plus🙂. The garden is huge!! We slept well, the neighborhood is quiet. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

Was a very unique and cute experience! Felt like staying in the princesses room of a castle. Beautiful stained glass, nice decor, big bathroom, great location. Lorie was very sweet and accommodating to our late arrival. Getting there by car can be a little tricky so read through her instructions a few times!

Very clean and well-equipped apartment (everything is well thought out, there was even the blanket for the dog) The road is slightly noisy and you can hear the neighbors above at times. the check-in is late and the check-out is early, but it is clearly stated in the listing. we were able to come an hour rather what represents (3-11pm)

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

We had a pleasant week in a beautiful private and secure residence. Clean accommodation,very well equipped and perfectly located, the most pleasant the private pool in the residence and direct access to the sea, many opportunities for walks and shops and restaurants on foot.
