I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Omar is a great host and my cousins really enjoyed their stay at his place. It’s close to a nice mall and has many restaurants and services nearby.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

It was a beautiful experience being with at the place . I was very understanding and the place was full of life and positivity. The staff was very cooperative and wonderful.

One of best rentable apartment, great place and very suitable apartment

Great location only a 15 minute drive from Cairo international airport. Lovely and spacious balcony with a nice view. Mary and her husband were both welcoming by giving us a personal checkin and tour of the apartment. Spacious living and dining room for guests with a wonderful breeze from the windows!

Very nice clean and comfy place for a short stay. Communications were very quick and the host solved everything we needed quickly. It’s one of my favorite location. I’ll definitely be back for any of my short stays to Cairo.

Where in Cairo Ahmed place. Clean , wonderful, spacious, good area to live easy access to everything. My family loved the place. Definitely will come back. Thank Ahmed keep up the good work.

we really couldn't expect much for the price and mainly our past experience in Egypt, of which, most tried to add additional charges or "tax" or forced us to upgrade & simply didn't respect our privacy. it's just not nice being preyed upon, Tarek was the most sincere person we had met in our one month work-stay in Egypt, he went out of his way day and night to ensure our comfort and confidence, the apartment itself is very nice and does the job. he is gradually improving it, he actually spent more on us then we had paid for our initial stay, please note, the pictures seem to set a darker ambience, though the flat is very bright with ample lighting. the building has a elevator that takes U straight outside the flat, the communal corridors of the building are that of most family flat-buildings, for westerners, we may feel anxious at first , however , rest assured it's a building occupied by families so you will never find any danger or anti social behaviour. I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Cairo! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable two-week stay. The attention to detail was exceptional—cozy furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the major attractions while still being in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Waking up to stunning city views every morning was an added bonus! The host was beyond accommodating, always available for any questions and providing fantastic local recommendations that truly enhanced my experience. If you're visiting Cairo, I can't recommend this place enough. Five stars just aren’t enough to express how amazing this stay was. I’ll definitely be back!

Great apartment in a centralized location in Egypt. Onsi is a wonderful host. Apartment is very clean and has everything you would need. Well heated and very spacious. It has incredible views and is very close to great food options that open late. It’s in the same building as a brand new coffee shop. It’s in a great/safe part of town and is very secure. Definitely will be back.

It was the best place I've ever stayed in Cairo. Large apartment which contains everything you could need. I was so glad to find sun screen as I had run out, and shampoo too. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the balcony. I felt truly at home. The host is really friendly and helpful and even left bottled water, coffee, biscuits and other goodies for me. There is a very nice doorman called Mohammed who takes the trash, helps with the lift etc. and it feels safe to know he and his family are in the building. Safe and good area with restaurants and shops. There are so many nice touches, even art work by the host on the walls, green plants and tasteful decor. I was sad to leave!

it's my second time here and it was perfect like the first time. what I really love about the place is the calmness around, which in Cairo is quite hard to find!
