Besides a large terrace equiped with a grill and a huge garden providing a whirlpool for six people, we offer two bed-rooms, one seperate bathroom, one separate toilette, a fully loaded kitchen, a dining-room and a big bright livingroom with TV. Short distances to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Nürnberg, Würzburg or Bad Windsheim, even Neuschwanstein Castle is not too far. A railway station is about 600 yards away and Oberdachstetten has two bakeries, three restaurants and one butchery. A mom-and-pop grocery store also provides the basic needs. You want to visite relatives working for the army. Katterbach and Illesheim are only 20 minutes away from this house. Around the house is no big street, no traffic at all, there goes by a hike path and a cycle track. You need quietness but also want to go shopping, sightseeing or just dander through the nature - this is the place to be !!!!!!! We thought that there is everything a holiday-maker needs, but - we figured out there might be people needing a sauna. For all out there - we have it. December 2013 we just finished the sauna-house for up to six people and a sunbed also is there. So, come an experience yourself what we have established there. And if, but propably not, something is missing, let us know. You never know what gimmick is next. Enjoy!!!

The cozy house can accommodate 2 persons. The pull-out bed (1.80 x 2.00) is equipped with comfortable mattresses. The fireplace keeps the cabin warm. The projector, screen, and sound system offer a home theater experience. With Apple TV, you can stream Netflix, DAZN, Disney +, and more channels. The shower, toilet and kitchen are located in the main building (direct proximity) in the basement. Getting used the sauna can be used. Barbecue, pool and garden can be used in summer

The apartment is idyllically located in the Schniegling district, near the Pegnitz and the Surferwelle. There is good infrastructure and many opportunities for leisure and recreation such as the Pegnitzauen. Shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance. A few minutes from the apartment, there is the Muggenhof stop of the U1 line and a bus stop that quickly reaches Nuremberg city center, the main train station and the neighboring town of Fürth.

Cottage in the woods

The cottage by the forest - an adventure in nature with a view of the valley. The small cottage has a double bed, a small kitchen and a dining area. A toilet can be reached via the outside. You can shower in the nearby "Haus Am Wald" or you can use the hot water outdoor shower by the pool. The pool is around the main house and can also be used. It's not a private pool! The cottage Am Wald can only be used in summer, as it has no heating.

This, the fenced garden, barbecue and terrace are at your disposal. The apartment has a living/bedroom with double bed, two single beds and a large kitchen-living room. The shower and toilet are separated. A large private sauna is at your disposal.
