Perfect! The property is located in the heart of the historic center (with parking lots nearby). All shops nearby (bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.), including a small grocery store right next door, open late at night and the market at the foot of the building on Sunday mornings (no noise disturbance due to the installation of the merchants or during the market, it's great!). The property is really very quiet. Sandra and Mickael, are very responsive and they had offered to prepare the sofa in a bed, great! Regarding the accommodation itself, frankly nothing to say, you feel "welcomed" in a small cocoon. Everything is well thought out, functional, perfectly clean and with the decorative touch of the hosts. For me nothing is missing, we feel that things have been done with attention to detail so that we have a good stay. Just for large sizes, note that the shower is not large. I would recommend it blindly and would return without hesitation during a visit to the area.

I spend a whole month, together with my dog, in this lovely serene place to write. Vezelay and its surroundings inspired me enormous and help me to unlock my creativity. The. house is cosy and has a wood stove that is so romantic. At sunny days I could use a little patio to sit in the sun. Philippe and Francois really welcomed me into their live and shared tips, friends, stories and food with me. They really took good care of me, making sure I had enough wood pellets for the wood stove. An experience I will treasure for life. Esther

Very good accommodation for people working during the day. Pleasant and peaceful area. For my part, and this is only a personal opinion that does not call into question the habitat and its hosts, suffering from intense bodily pain, being in hospital to relieve his sharp pain, the bed was painful for me. My wife and I had a lovely stay. Frankly the apartment was spotless with very nice services. Cindy was always attentive and even made a little surprise decoration for my wife's birthday, I earned points lol. I can tell you it's nice to arrive in a great apartment.
