Paid parking nearby: Cardeurs (1-min walk), Pasteur (5-min walk). Please note that the studio is located on the 5th floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor where the small living room is located (approximately 12 m²), with all the necessities, kitchen, living room, internet TV. The apartment is located in a quiet, pedestrianized alley and very close to Place de la Mairie and Place des Cardeurs (known for its restaurants and bars).
