Villa Kaltio: cabin with traditional Finnish sauna
Our small cottage with a sauna, located in the center of the village of Äkäslompolo in Lapland, along an old reindeer trail, is an excellent destination for one or two people. In the cottage sauna, you can enjoy the steam of a traditional wood-fired sauna. In winter, we can go see the reindeer in the enclosure, and I'll tell you about reindeer herding. All the village's amenities are within walking distance, and buses to the airport or train station depart from the courtyard of a nearby hotel, just a couple of hundred meters away. Welcome!
