Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. Old Stone Greek House is a complete house for rent in Ayvalik, 3 floors and we rent it completely. On the 3rd floor, there is 1 bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and hall. There is a double bed in the room, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine in the kitchen. 1 bedroom and 1 living room on the 2nd floor consists of 1 bathroom. There is a sofa bed and TV in the living room. There is a bedroom with a bathroom on the 1st floor with a total of 5 people, a single bed Note: The house was restored in 1891, not in the comfort of a new home.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains, 3 km away from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest views in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, a seating area (there can be a sofa bed for 3 people), an open kitchen and a balcony, and on the upper floor there is 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.
