Haugesund is located between Stavanger in the south (2 hours drive) and Bergen in the north (3 hours drive). From the cottage, you have stunning views of rough, pristine nature with heaths, swamps, open sea. Treat yourself with a stay full of impressions and experiences with complete peace and quiet in a cabin with high comfort. Here you can find peace in your body and mind.

Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.

The house is in a peaceful setting by the fjord surrounded by grazing animals. You can easily go fishing with the boat, go hiking or enjoy a quiet evening the hot tub. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå and it is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
