Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Akyarlar

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

The house was delivered very clean, a pleasant house where a family can stay comfortably , offering an even bigger space with its covered terrace.

Raphael's place was a perfect home base for our week-long climbing trip. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

Our stay at Yiannis' was perfect all around! Communication with Yannis was great and Yannis gave numerous good tips for restaurants, beaches and activities. His mother, who takes care of everything on site, was very warm and provided us with delicious homemade desserts and kept the apartment sparkling clean. Location and surroundings pleasantly quiet and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation!

This was an absolutely amazing stay for us! Guney was an excellent host! He was incredibly responsive, helpful with recommendations, and even organized transportation to and from the airport for us. This flat is also just a short walk from the water and many shops/restaurants. It was very clean and had all updated appliances. I would recommend this to all small groups visiting the area!

The house respected our wishes, it’s better than the photos, has everything you need and the area has different services such as bars, restaurants and shops. Nikolas was the perfect host, always responsive in within minutes. I recommend it

maria organised a taxi for us so we got easily to the appartement. it was very nice and the pipe pressure was exeptional for kalymnos. a plus was that the bike rental was just next door.

The place we stayed was as pictured, and it was extremely enjoyable because it had a large garden. Ms. Merve and her husband were very friendly and very interested , the bungolov house has everything to meet your daily needs, it is a clean and tidy , pleasant environment . We were very satisfied , it will be my first choice if I come to Datça again.

We had a wonderful stay in Anamne Zia. The sunset views were stunning. We were able to find some great restaurants in Zia, Fofi gave us good recommendations. The complex is beautifully designed, clean, quiet and well maintained with a lot of love. Thank you for everything!

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! Σταμάτης is very friendly and a nice host. I'm staying in your house for the third time, we had a very nice communication from the first day and I had a very nice experience as usual. The location of the house is very central, you can easily reach the harbor, shopping points, restaurants and cafes on foot. The house is very clean, spacious and very nicely equipped for needs. I felt at home again and enjoyed it. It was also very helpful during check-in and check-out times, and thank you for that:) I recommend a very eastern place to stay for a Kos vacation.

The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon
