The room has a small balcony facing the street, private bathroom with heating floor, AC for heating and cooling. The house is centrally located in Cocentaina near, Palacio Comtal and the main square, Plaza Vener Escuder with Mercat Municipal. Where even the local market is every Thursday. Please note that parking is prohibited from Wednesday evening.

The accommodation, shared in the common areas with me, has such a special energy that as soon as you enter you will feel that peace and joy. You will enjoy a private room and bathroom. The terrace, living room, and kitchen are shared with me and eventually with a daughter or friend who comes to visit. Its location and views are a real privilege. You can walk all over downtown Alicante and enjoy its magnificent offerings. We also have bus and tram stops within a 5-minute walk.

We like our guests to relax, eat well and feel welcome. You will stay in a room with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The house is very nice and welcoming, has a large swimming pool and is surrounded by greenery among flowers, pine trees, fields of olive, orange and fig trees. This is an ideal place for those who want to relax and unwind in the tranquility of nature, love animals, good food and good company. Not suitable for children between 2 and 12 years.

Los Establos is situated on 25 car minutes from the main rood, and realy off the beaten trackm. Close to the Coast but nicely remote and away from the masses.
