The house is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient to cook in the kitchen. Bill and his family are very considerate in every detail. It is a great pleasure to live in the house. There is a trail behind the house. I like to take a walk there. It is near Safeway and Wholefoods. Shopping and eating out are very convenient.

Jenny was a great host. Her place was very clean and had everything that one would need. We had an amazing time here.

Cozy, quiet little cottage in a great location, very close to College Ave and many shops and restaurants. The patio garden was serene. Had a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at Wynne’s place. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The home is right next to a golf course which was very nice to walk around. Highly recommended!

Beth’s place was both cute and spacious. All the needed amenities were present and working. Her instructions were clear and had good advice for navigating the neighborhood. She made us feel very welcome and was accessible for any requests and questions. My whole family enjoyed the house!

We enjoyed our stay at Gina’s place. Peaceful and private with ample amenities and cooking utensils, including condiments! Since we had a baby, the foldable crib was also incredibly useful. The finishing touch for our stay was the washer and dryer combo onsite which we used our last day.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped with great amenities, and exactly as described. The garden and backyard truly stand out as it provided such a peaceful and safe atmosphere in a larger city. The host was also very friendly and made everything easy and comfortable. If we ever come back to the Bay Area, we will definitely stay again! ☺️

This is one of our favorite places to stay. It has everything we need. It is comfortable and spacious for two. When the weather is sunny, sitting outside looking at the view is the best.

Joe’s place was exactly what we were looking for! The area felt safe and it was great to have off street parking. He also was great about responding to our requests, which included providing us with a baby bath within a day. Would highly recommend this place for anyone staying the Oakland area.

Braelyn's place is very nice. Bathroom lighting is great and shower/tile are very pretty. Although when you are outside you can hear the freeway noise, when you are inside the unit is very quiet. Window coverings that block out early morning light are very effective. On-street parking is plentiful and the exterior motion-sensor lights along the sidewalk to the back patio/Airbnb door is quite bright. The patio is lovely and has an orange and a lemon tree; Braelyn shared some delicious oranges.

This is my second booking with David, and the experience was great!! David is very accommodating and an awesome host. Very hospitable! I’m sure I’ll book again in the future :)

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy guest suite! The property is incredibly well kept—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing visit. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with easy access to some fantastic local restaurants. I especially appreciated the privacy of the suite, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat. Having access to the backyard was lovely, it was quiet and serene throughout my stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Everything was as expected and Christine responded promptly, great communicator. I had no issues entering after midnight. The gate into the backyard to enter was latched but easily flipped by reaching over. The residence was clean and amenities were appreciated. Great host, great spot, good value.

The location is easy access to UC Berkeley, Thai temple, good restaurants and freeway also Jason was great, he shows his care to his guests when we needed help I will be back again in the future. Thank you

Maggie’s spot was so sweet and peaceful I didn’t want to leave! She was a very communicative, friendly, and flexible host. The spot had all the amenities I needed (great laundry machines, toaster, coffee, huge comfy bed, etc). She even provided complimentary snacks and sodas. Parking was easy and plentiful in the neighborhood, which had a safe and eclectic vibe. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

This was a lovely well thought-out space. I’m a traveling nurse who frequents this area, and I felt right at home! Kitchen bedroom and bathroom are well equipped, and there is a little office nook that is nice and quiet if you’re in need of a workspace. The hostess is responsive and helpful with check-in. Neighborhood is walkable and there are lots of great restaurants and coffee shops up the way on Piedmont. Really everything you could ask for in an Airbnb :) highly recommend this space for a traveling professional or couple

Malcolm is a superb host! This was our second stay at this location and we can't wait to go back. It is exactly as described, he is responsive and helpful at all times, and the location is extremely convenient.

Fred and Jess were incredibly hospitable hosts. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I settled in smoothly and felt completely comfortable. What was originally meant to be a 6-week stay turned into 11 weeks because of how welcoming and accommodating they were. They were always quick to respond to any questions or messages, which made everything even easier. The home itself truly felt like home to me, it had a warmth and comfort that made it hard to leave. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and there were no issues at all during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in town.
