It offers absolutely privacy and is very bright, cozy, spacious. Shared laundry with us in the garage. Free Parking in the driveway. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

The Redwood Retreat

Near Lake Temescal, Redwd Regional Prk, Bart, Hwy 13, Rockridge,Montclair, Dwntwn. We completely remodeled our guest house with a focus on short term tenants. Lots of storage within one of the most quite settings you will find. We made a thoughtful attempt to load the unit with everything u might need while away. The kitchen is functional to the point that you could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner, multiple frying pans to crock pots a blender or chefs knives. Bathroom sundries abound!

Our house has 3 TV's (playing NETFLIX , DYSNEY+, and AMAZON PRIME) and it is very close to downtown Walnut Creek and to the Open Space natural park. You’ll love it! It is quite open yet comfortable. The neighborhood is great. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and groups. We have fast internet. Comfortable backyard. Our private 2 bedroom suite with amazing views of Mt. Diablo is located in a suburb of San Francisco and Berkeley called Lafayette in the East Bay. We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.

You’ll love my place because of the large king size bed, large space & the views. My place is perfect for everyone whether on vacation or business. Our sunny studio has a comfortable queen bed, efficient kitchen, and small bathroom with a shower. The only sink is in the kitchen. Large windows look out on our garden. Newly renovated, clean. Near shops and cafes and an easy walk to public transportation. We have just added a sleeper sofa. A third person can be accommodated for an additional charge.
