Very positive living room. Cozy apartment and as described in the photos, even more nice than what was proposed. Clean sheets and towels are available for us. Perfect location for walking and in a super quiet area. Paolo was super helpful. We hope to be back soon!

Calogero and his wife were super nice at the reception and flexible, as well as giving great recommendations on the area. The house is very nice, cozy, heated, surrounded by greenery and very equipped, especially the kitchen really has everything you need.

This is our second time staying in this apartment and we had a very good time again. The location is strategic (there is a walk along the sea with a breathtaking view that allowed us to get to Monaco in 15/20 min on foot) and parking is easy to find and very close to the entrance of the house. There was a new dye on the walls that made the apartment renovated and even more cared for.

We were looking for calm and authenticity and we were served. The house is superb on the outside and even more so on the inside with this beautiful fireplace. We felt at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share local products and their beautiful region and to please you with small welcome surprises. Our dogs loved the large garden and walks in the forest. Our only regret is not staying longer. Paola is a wonderful person always attentive to us and with impeccable responsiveness. We will definitely be back.

Clean and tidy house in all its parts. House as big as in the photos. There were 7 of us, including 3 children, and we had a great time. Very quiet area. Graziella is very kind and helpful both before check-in and until the end of check-out. Highly recommended!

The stars of the show at this house are the beautiful garden, the parking and the fact that this is in the town centre with restaurants, market and shopping 15/20 minutes walk away.

Manuela's place was particularly cute, in a very peaceful little village, a magnificent view of the hill. The instructions given to access the accommodation were very clear, the house is REALLY very cozy and cute. Manuela has created a book with recommendations for sightseeing and dining in many nearby cities. Honestly everything was perfect, we would recommend it without hesitation! Bartolomeo's place was our place for 2 weeks, but even more than we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, convenient supermarket within easy reach. In front of the house the Mediterranean. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton Nice monte carlo, Eze in one direction and sanremo imperia in the other. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded very quickly and kindly to questions,and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long talked short sense,Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. Absolutely gorgeous and tranquil place. Fully equipped very clean apartment. It’s in a convenient location, close to the train and close by for hikes and walkable to Menton, France and local authentic food and flea market. Truly breathtaking view! Plus, having a very responsive and friendly host is a great bonus! I sincerely enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at Elisa's place with my elderly parents, perfect for us accustomed to large indoor spaces and the garden. It was like being at home. Elisa was an impeccable host: helpful, kind, always available and ready to help. I've given my best to all the amenities.

Perfect stay! This is clearly a home built and maintained with love and passion — you can see it in every detail of the house and the garden. Everything is beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. The location is a lovely, historic village that’s easy to drive into and definitely worth exploring, with stunning scenery all around. Paola and Marco are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. Everything was just perfect!

We had some great relaxing days. The price is a bit high, but quite right. The only downside was the very hard beds. With a dog, the property is a win, as there are no meadows. A dog spot about 1.5 km away but very small and for large dogs. We highly recommend it. Nespresso with capsules, a lot of good dishes, everything is available in the kitchen. Cosmetic items( soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) are available. With the translation app, the communication via Wh….app with Avenola was very great. Reply always and immediately, thank you so much for your super care, Grazie Car was safe on the enclosed property. Neighbors were very nice. We can only recommend everyone to take a vacation there. The balcony is amazing.

Apartment with all the comforts also to stay for long periods. Well furnished and complete with everything. There is also a parking lot. The train station is very close! The relationship with the owner is also excellent and punctual, always ready to answer all needs and all questions. The apartment is quiet, there is no noise because it overlooks the interior courtyard and not the street. Great experience and highly recommended! Convenient location.
