We only stayed one night. Apartment in a comfortable location, new, comfortable and clean. We'd love to come back.

All was fine for our brief stay!

What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Tisha and Marco are incredible hosts. Their beach apartment is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Air conditioning in the rooms is a nice break from the hot sun. Montesilvano is a breathtaking beach town. It’s relaxed, everyone bikes around, and we felt very safe with our 2 young kids. They especially loved the bunk beds in the apartment! And on top of that you’re 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and 3 minutes from an incredible gelato and coffee shop. Take advantage of the pedestrian walkway. I would not hesitate to book here if staying in Montesilvano!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well furnished, and we had a great time in five. The location is very central (and despite this, quiet), and we were able to appreciate the proximity of good restaurants and bakeries, but also supermarkets and the promenade which, even out of season, is very pleasant. Literally a stone's throw away is the CLAP (comic book museum), which we really appreciated. The contact with the host, very kind, was easy and effective. Highly recommended place to stay.

Silvano’s place was amazing, very spacious and clean. Communication was great despite a language barrier and there were no issues checking in. Parking in the area was difficult and takes some time.

A very nice apartment in a great location. Very close to the sea and right in the center of town. From the airport 20 min by bus - otherwise no transport is necessary, as everything you need & want to see (museums, etc.) is within walking distance. In the apartment was everything we needed in towels, bedding, kitchen utensils & good Wi-Fi. A recommendation for anyone who wants to experience some Italian flair away from the big cities :)

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

I highly recommend this house with the great garden! We enjoyed every moment and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable everything was. The hosts were extremely helpful and warm, and made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for the great hospitality! We will definitely come back again.

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were welcomed by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even though it's still secondary. We really liked the style of the apartments with its vintage antique spirit! The small accessible beach nearby is not paradise, of course there are nicer beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I recommend getting to know Mario the "boss" of the beach and making you an ally . Despite his mite apparence, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story of a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the magnificent Abruzzo region!

The apartment is small but equipped with every comfort. The bathroom is small but functional, the living room with the perfect sofa bed. Excellent kitchenette built into the terrace closed with sliding windows, so you can cook without smells in the house. However, the real added value of this apartment is the terrace. Large livable and well-equipped! It is also priceless and free indoor parking. The location is very convenient for those like us who want a child-friendly or quiet vacation. The sea can be reached after a few steps, so we were coming home for lunch without any problem. The only downside is the lack of services in the immediate vicinity (bars, restaurants, etc.). There is a small structure under the house that makes typical food to eat on site and to go, it saved us at least a couple of dinners!) but otherwise nothing that cannot be resolved using bicycles.

The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Location is perfect, quiet. The hostess was extremely friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Fabrizio was so kind, being flexible with our check-in time since we were traveling in from Assisi and accidentally got off at the wrong train stop! The place was beautiful- very clean and cared for. The location was one block away from the beach and vespa rentals!! Everything was within walking distance. The city was a beautiful way to spend the weekend. We could not be happier with the stay. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos show. It feels like brand new, super clean, comfortable and very modern. A centralized air-conditioning system. Mirabela always responded quickly and very kindly. Good place to park the car on the street, at least out of season. There are supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need in the area. The sea is very close and can be seen from the balcony. I loved the place. I would definitely go back. Thanks Mirabela!!!

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.
