The house is designed so that the ground floor is handicap friendly. The house is heated with green energy (geothermal) and with a large wood-burning stove. There are terraces in all corners of the world. The house has good beds and bright rooms. There is a TV room on the 1st floor as well as a TV in the large living room, TV channels with Danish + German + Norwegian + Swedish channels. There is wireless Wi-Fi. There is croquet + badminton + petanque for outdoor use. 800 meters to a nice clean beach as well as a large yacht harbor and fishing harbor with small cozy fishing cutters. Only a 5 min. walk to the beach down a lovely path and just a few minutes driving to Ålbæk town and 20 min. to Skagen. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, activity room, open kitchen and dining space and livingroom as well as a terrace with a garden around it with a playground and sandbox. It also has a sauna, outdoor bath and wood-fired hot tub.

Huset der indbyder til hygge og afslapning, ligger kun få minutters gang til havet og de mange smukke solnedgange. Huset byder endvidere på et lækkert udendørs wellnessområde med sauna (6-8 personer) og spabad (4+1 personer). Et dejligt fredeligt hus med god plads. Huset er renoveret i 2025 og fremstår stort set som nyt.

Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
