We were only one night but the property was very clean and Maria was awesome.

We had a great stay at Villa Anna. The house is nicely decorated (what a beautiful view from the bedroom and bathroom) with an eye for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Finally, there is a large terrace, ideal for a BBQ or aperitif in the sun. The house is also very suitable for (young) children. I'd recommend to anyone.

The apartment is comfortable and very well cared for. An oasis of peace and sun. The sea is enchanting and the recommended restaurants in the area turned out to be great!Marta was courteous, friendly and very generous giving us fresh fruit freshly picked from her garden!!!!

The apartment in Castelmezzano was a great stay. Detailed information provided on parking and getting to the home. View from the balcony is amazing!! Good location to access restaurants as well as trails.

If you are visiting Matera and want to be in the center of the Sassi, this location is ideal. The space is clean, beautiful and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is hot and powerful. The kitchen is well stocked and Giuseppe left us snacks and beverages to welcome us. Note: Follow Giuseppe’s instructions on how to arrive at the apartment. GPS will get you there but on a much more difficult route to traverse with luggage.

The dream in name and in fact, a very quiet villa, everything is perfect from every point of view. Impeccable cleanliness and very welcoming accommodation. Giuseppina who followed us prepared a great apple cake and provided directions to the nearby and beautiful Certosa di San Lorenzo in Padula and the nearby Montesano on Marcellana. Ability to park on the property . Definitely to advertise and an excellent starting point for visiting the Vallo di Diano.

We had a great stay in Matera! The place was super charming and really captured the unique atmosphere of the area…..it was beautifully decorated with lots of character. There were so many thoughtful extras too, not just coffee but also some tasty treats we ended up having for breakfast and snacks. The gated parking was a big plus. The place was just a short and easy walk to the historic center. Our host was amazing—very quick to respond and full of great restaurant recommendations. We’ would definitely stay here again and would totally recommend it to anyone visiting Matera!
