As a native Oregonian and Corvallis native this is a perfect location for anyone who wants a non-hotel option, a quiet lovely setting for working away or relaxing with walkable neighborhood trails, work-out facility nearby that has day passes. With a full kitchen meal prep is easy for breakfast or lunch, barbecue on the deck also but downtown Corvallis is a 10 min drive with great restaurants and fun shopping options. OSU also a 10 min drive. This is a one of Corvallis’s lovely neighborhoods. Perfect for a single or couple. Patsy is very responsive.

Def a nice place to stay! Wish I had read all the details because bathroom is in hallway, but for me this wasn’t a huge deal, just a bit inconvenient. I could walk to restaurants very easily so that was great. Overall would stay there again

The location is par excellence! Nice cozy apartment with everything you need. We were here for an entire month and enjoyed the urban downtown Salem life ie walking to eat, shop and just get out for fresh air. I would not hesitate recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Salem.

We couldn't believe the gem we found at Ashley's place. The location was so peaceful. It is right close in to town but feels like you are also in the country. You can tell so much care went into the place. Our friend staying with us said this is her new favorite place and she will be staying there every time she can.

We enjoyed our stay at Kristi’s place. It was very clean, and she provided everything we needed to be comfortable. The scenery is amazing! It’s away from the busy-ness of the city, but still within 15-20 minute driving distance of anything we needed. We had lots of fun with the board games, pool table, and arcade game! Kristi was always responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Warm heater, hot bath, cozy bed. Ninas place was spotlessly clean and every amenitie necessary was provided for.

Perfect location if you are visiting wineries or enjoy hiking! The home was very clean, comfortable and perfect for a couple. The location was quiet and beautiful. The home owners were responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when I return to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here. What an amazing home, beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. We enjoyed the deer and quail visits, and happened to be there during a meteor shower and Northern lights. Couldn't have asked for a better location to enjoy the show. The town of Willamina is nearby and has some cute antique shops. The beach is only 45 mins away. This home is spacious, comfortable (10 ft ceilings, walk in shower, open floor plan), dog-friendly and has everything you need. Suzan is a wonderful host, very helpful if any questions arise.

Perfect space for a 2-day conference - simple check-in, centrally located, easy to walk downtown, plenty of parking, etc. Even though it was above McMenamins it was quiet (and handy to have a restaurant right downstairs). I love old buildings so it was really neat to see the inside of the space, I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Salem.

I really enjoyed the place, it was perfect for my weekend getaway to see family on short notice. It had all the amenities I could've possibly asked for, it was a great location in walking distance to restaurants and breweries, very peaceful despite being so near downtown. The host was kind and helpful and solid on communication, I felt welcome and right at home through the whole process. This is definitely somewhere I will stay again.

We had an amazing time, Cindy and Ben make us feel at home. Their attention to detail is a gift, I got a giggle out of the toilet paper insignia, and the coffee was amazing. The apartment was immaculate and every possible little extra you could think of, even including snacks, made you feel like you were a personal guest in their home. If you’re looking for a place to stay, you have found it you don’t need to be looking anywhere else. We will be coming back for sure.!

If you need a nice dark place to sleep (like we did for our two young kids), this is a great place for that! Everything was clean and easy to find/figure out, and the setting is quite nice.

This is an ideal spot for visiting Corvallis- walkable and likeable. The surroundings are gorgeous and the apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Ellen was extremely friendly and helpful. She proactively communicated to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend the property and the hosts.
