Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alberta Arts District

My family and I stayed at Lynn's place for a Spring Break visit and we had a great time. The two bathrooms were nice to have when getting ready in the morning. We enjoyed having access to cable and streaming services when we were relaxing in the evening. Lynn's place had an attached garage we could park in which was nice to have access to during the rain storms. One of favorite things was the location to all the things we wanted to do. There is a great urban forest trail system 1.5 miles away called Tualatin Hills Nature Park. We ran the trails three times during our trip. We would stay at Lynn's place again next time we visit Beaverton, OR.

Super cute place. Walkable and great area, super cute backyard, great kitchen and cozy space. Especially loved the fireplace and cozy chair by the window to read and relax. A perfect getaway place for us to stay and get some much needed rest. Legit would have loved to stay another week. Would definitely come stay again. 10/10 didn’t want to leave.

Our stay at Barbara’s house over Christmas was perfect! The house is large, comfortable, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a cozy holiday. Every room was beautifully decorated for Christmas, complete with a Christmas tree and even a stocking with some gifts for us. Barbara really goes above and beyond in the hospitality department… homemade baked goods, wine, cheese, and biscuits for our dogs! The location was perfect and the backyard was great for our pups. Communication with Barbara was easy. We’d absolutely stay here again - especially for Christmas!

A very quite and peaceful neighborhood. Away from the city but close to it. The only distraction is the freeway outside the patio but not intrusive. We did see a few beavers too. Everything was in good shape and worked smoothly. You'll enjoy the hot tub at the end of the long tiring journey!!

We had such an amazing time here at James’ AirBnB! 🌻 It looked exactly like the photos, with everything so clean and beautiful! James and his partner were great with communication, and super kind. They left us a really nice letter (& some wine!) welcoming us on our first day. Here are just some of the things we loved: • It looked exactly like the pictures if not better! 📸 • Hosts had really great communication 🗣️ • Check In/Out was super easy 🥳 • It smelled very nice and very clean 🧼 • They had very soft towels🧖‍♀️ • It seemed like a peaceful and safe neighborhood, very beautiful and quiet with lots of flowers and greenery 🌱🌷 • Apartment was roomy, with a good amount of space! 🧘🏼‍♀️ • We felt we had a good/happy amount of privacy 🤗 • The aesthetic was comfy and easy to feel at-home in 😌 • The bed pillows were amazing ! 😴 • Parking was right out front and there was plenty of space! 🚙 We would definitely love to return one day if given the opportunity! Eric's place was a very comforting and relaxing space for a few friends and I to have a staycation and catch up! I would recommend. It is in a quiet neighborhood, the bed is comfy and has all the things that you need.

We had a wonderful stay. I’m happy that she had provided the spices and condiments rack in the kitchen. Save you a trip to the grocery. She thought of all the little niceties like the karaoke 🎤 and guitar although we never had the time to play it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Phillips Place! The home was spacious and perfect for relaxing. The location was super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and DoorDash made a cozy night in a breeze. The furnishings were beautifully curated with a modern farmhouse vibe that felt both stylish and comfy. The host went above and beyond, offering a complimentary early check-in and a great birthday dinner recommendation that made our trip extra special. Beckie's place was just as advertised! It was clean and comfortable. So many very nice amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe! I will definitely return!

Kathleen’s place was great. It was clean, spacious, private, and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting in with the keypad because the code in the listing (incorrect) did not match what was sent in a message (correct). This was unfortunate because we were checking in at 11pm in the windy cold. Except for that hiccup, everything was great, and I would still stay here again.

The place was cute and cozy as described in the listing. It’s exactly what we needed for our Portland trip, as we were not planning to cook much and just relax. We enjoyed the massage chair and the patio views. Loved it and would love to stay again definitely.

This was a great place to stay for my weekend trip! It was in a nice neighborhood and I felt secure leaving my car parked on the street. Joe left super detailed instructions that made navigating everything super easy. He was also super attentive even though I really didn’t need anything due to being super prepared from the listing details. All in all I was very happy with my stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's the neighborhood is very walkable with lots of interesting houses to look at. It's a 5 min walk to whole foods and they had a map of other stores and restaurants in the area. Her place was spacious an comfortable. It suited our visit.

Very easy and simple to check in into the beautiful and relaxing home. There was a lot of information provided about the place and also recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. Although we only stayed one night there, it felt like a home away from home. As the description mentions, it is relaxing and quiet and we were able to recharge. The hosts had provided everything we wanted and we felt very welcome from the moment we stepped in to the home. Amenities around us were easily walkable and we were even able to have a short stroll to and from dinner to appreciate the surrounding neighbourhood. We would have loved to stay much longer however our trip itinerary only allowed us one night in Portland. If we do return, we would definitely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We really appreciate it.

This is an absolutely stunning rental with great amenities. We wish we had more time here! We stayed here after our wedding night, and it was the perfect spot to feel special as newlyweds. Well before we checked out the following day, we were already talking about wanting to rebook for a future stay. The farmhouse is beautiful and feels simultaneously rustic and luxurious. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing home in an amazing location! Very private with beautiful landscaping, and we even had a visit from a family of deer one morning. The home is absolutely gorgeous inside with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully in the summer next time to take advantage of the pool!!

We were celebrating my husband‘s milestone birthday and wanted a special place for family and friends to stay in the Willamette Valley as it was the first time for the majority of the party. This property certainly delivered! It was perfect as it was very close to many vineyards and McMinnville, which had some wonderful restaurants. Our host, Kirsten, was extremely prompt in her communication and we felt welcome the minute we walked in the front door: very clean, spacious, well appointed, beautiful views.
