Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cottage (open until 23:00 man-saturday).

We rent a home in rural and quiet surroundings, but still close to most major attractions in the south: Lillesand (20 min), Grimstad (35 min) and Kristiansand and the Zoo (about 30 min). The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a vibrant agricultural environment with sheep, chickens, cows and cats. The area and the home are very child friendly. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
