A 15-minute drive to Kristiansand city centre, the golf club, the zoo, the shopping centre (Sørlandssenteret), and Aquarama (Badeland), and it is about 1.5 km from the sea (Justvik marina). The cabin is located in a peaceful area close to Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches, and a barbecue area. Beautiful hiking areas with marked trails. Nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 23:00 man - Saturday).

Very cozy cottage in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic nature. It also has a bowling alley and the Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
