Kitchen with multi stove, induction plate top, coffee maker and kettle. Refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher. Good sofa, which can be an extra bed for a child. Optionally, a gate bed can be inserted. New tiled bathroom with black touches. Wardrobe/qualkin. Nice outdoor area with garden furniture, and park down to water. Gapahuk with fire pit can be rented.

Spacious apartment in scenic surroundings.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Access to large, sunny outdoor area, short distance to beach and mountain. 10 minutes to bus stop. Bus to the center of Ålesund about 30 minutes. Good fishing opportunities in the sea and in mountain lakes. An excellent starting point for many tourist attractions such as the Sunnmøre Alps, Geiranger, Trollstigen, Nordangsdalen, Alnes Lighthouse, Giske. A spectacular and accessible area for mountain hiking, hiking and recreational stays in beautiful nature.

Velkommen til en moderne leilighet med nydelig utsikt! Leiligheten er fra 2016 og er en innbydende 4-roms med sentral og attraktiv beliggenhet på Hessa, kun fem minutter fra Ålesund sentrum. Det er tre soverom i leiligheten og alle er utstyrt med dobbelsenger. Leiligheten ligger i gåavstand til Sukkertoppen og et steinkast fra sjøen. Leiligheten har god standard på innredning og utstyr. Det er meget gode WIFI-fasiliteter i leiligheten, samt to TV-er der begge er utstyrt med Apple-TV

Fredelig nabolag med flere lekeplasser, innsjø rett ved, og kort avstand til kjøpesenter (5 min), og Ålesund sentrum (12 min). Leiligheten er en del av huset vårt, men låses av ved utleie. Dere har egen inngang. Hagen deles om vi er hjemme. Parkering er mulig på tomten, og Elbil-lading inkludert. To soverom/lekerom, stue, kjøkken, kontorkrok og bad. Her er tv, leker og hobbysaker, uteleker som badminton osv.
