By arrangement a boat and fishing equipment can be rented. Only 10 min walk to Langevåg center with Devold as the center and fast boat to the center of Ålesund. Nice starting point for walks in the Sunnmøre Alps, Sula Mountain with round view and Sandy beach 200m.

Huset er totalrenovert i 2023. Tømmerveggene er fra 1600-tallet og noe er bevart innvendig. Boarealet er 100m2 og inneholder tre soverom, tre bad og et stort kjøkken/allrom. Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 24m2. Soverom 3 har egen terrasse under tak. Gratis parkeringsplass til mange biler og 7KW lader for elbil. Det er 200m til offentlig badestrand og leikeplass. Et utmerket sted for avslapning og dagsutflukter. Vertskapet bor i nabohuset og er gjerne behjelpelig.

Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.
