Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

New rental, completely renovated and very well located. Lake Annecy is within 10 minutes (about 4 km) and the nearest ski resorts are within 20 minutes. 5 minutes by car from the center of Talloire and Lake Annecy. You will enjoy beautiful views from the large living room over the lake and mountains, its country setting close to all amenities. Quiet. South-facing. Perfect for families with older children (not suitable for small children, stairs and steep garden).
