Newly converted barn into a luxury cottage with your private hot tub 4 bedrooms! The kitchen and living area is all open plan which is great to keep Conversation following! There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, the bedroom has a great view down the fields! Upstairs there is a king size bed with a ensuite, family bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms! You have a private patio area to the rear of the cottage where the hot tub is so you can relax in peace! Also keep a look out for the barn owl!!

Peak view is our cosy house located on the edge of the Peak District in the village of Tibshelf in a great central location for anyone wanting days out to Matlock bath, Chatsworth, Bakewell, Sherwood Forest or walks to nearby Hardwick hall. Peak view is a spacious 2 double bed home with a large open plan living area for relaxing after a busy day, also has a private outdoor area to relax. PLEASE NOTE, peak view is not suitable for guests with work vans unfortunately due to parking restrictions.

Highfield House - Rural Retreat Derbyshire

We are located close to the Peak District, with Chatsworth House not far away. It is surrounded by Oakerthrope Nature Reserve and is perfect for those wanting to explore Derbyshire. We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated by host. The Conkers is in the picturesque Hamlet of Moorwood Moor on of the edge of the Peak District. There are many walks from the door and 150 yards along the lane is The White Hart Inn where you will experience good food or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The Conkers delightful garden and orchard area provides a lovely spot for a relaxing drink, or perhaps some alfresco dining after a busy day exploring. There is ample off road secure parking behind automated gates.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to amenities and attractions. 1 double bedroom, an extra single put up bed can also be requested, in the living area, for an extra £25 per night. nespresso coffee machine, pods provided for guests to use. but 50p contribution, per pod used. would be appreciated, to replenish stocks. 😊

Swift Retreat - converted farm building

You can either relax by the fire or head out onto some of the local footpaths or cycle trails. We have several pubs within a 20 minute walk. Matlock is a short drive away and if you fancy going further afield, we are about a 30 minute drive away from the attractions of the Peak District.
