Cottage close to nature on Öland!

Cottage on our property, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 6 sleeping places, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. About 4 km to the beach. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping centers, restaurants and a large ICA store are located. 4 km to Ölandsbron. 30 km to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring a bath towel and your own bed linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we charge a cleaning fee of SEK 800!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Just after Ölandsbron, the cottage is in a secluded location on the owner's property with private parking. The cottage consists of: Fresh kitchen that is connected to the living room, which has a sofa bed for two people. Then comes the bedroom (2 single beds) and bathroom with washing machine, the sleeping loft upstairs sleeps two. Private patio with barbecue grill and parasol. Close to Öland Zoo, Färjestaden and swimming/golf in Saxnäs camping. Wi-Fi is available. Smoke and pet-free!

Öland idyll with proximity to everything!

Our nice old family cottage is perfectly located on Öland about 5 km from the bridge in the middle of the small village Algutsrum with lots of Öland's wonderful nature around the corner. The house is charming and fresh, has a large lovely garden to hang out, barbecue and play in. Nearby is a playground. The farm shop Stenladan, with local vegetables, delicacies and ice cream, etc. is a short walk away. Arontorps meatballs, such as Öland meatballs, today's dish and other small and good things, can be found 10 minutes by car.

Denna villa (2023) ligger i ett lugnt område i direkt anslutning till vandringsleder som leder till naturområden och fornborgar som Jordtorpsåsen och Gråborg. Men också nära till stränder, bad och hav. Huset ligger centralt på Öland och har ca 5 km till såväl väst- som östkusten, 3km till mataffär, 5 km till Färjestaden och ca 20km till Kalmar. Ett fullt utrustat hus med två toaletter, tre sovrum, kök och allrum med bäddsoffa och en stor härlig uteplats. Wi-Fi, spel och sportutrustning finns.

Gillsättra Gård

Ta chansen att bo på bondgård, i en fräsch lägenhet/stuga, nära betande djur. Detta passar dig som gillar lugn och ro, natur. Gillsättra är en gammal charmig radby. Mitt på ön, nära till allt. 6 km till närmsta badstrand. 11 km till populära Bjärbybadet på östra sidan och 12 km till Färjestaden. Många fina promenad möjligheter. På landet finns de flugor, tuppar som gal, kolukt och arbete som utförs på gården. Mindre hundar är välkomna, större hundar blir för trångt i den lilla lägenheten.

Perfect stay for summer vacations, nature exploring, fishing, or just for a relaxing retreat. A sunset spa out on the rocks can be booked to an extra fee, as well as bed linen and towels. Onsite picup for seal safari/scuba diving tours/boat trip/RIB boat tour/jetski/flyboard/jetpack/tubing/mega sup etc.

New fresh, bright and nice room of 23 square meters with its own entrance. Free wifi. Nicely decorated with all the comforts. Exit to private wooden deck, table, chairs and barbecue. 3.5 km to Brofästet and Öland's Animal and Amusement Park. 700 m to golf course. Next to swimming and camping with several restaurants and pizzeria. Walking areas and bike trails around the corner. Bed linen, towels and bath towels are available and included in the price. No pets allowed and no smoking.

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Relax with the family in this peaceful summer house in Algutsrum. Close to everything: sun & swimming, activities, nature reserves, entertainment, recovery. Walking distance to the nearest farm shop and bus stop. 3-4 km to grocery store and beach. Approx. 4 km to Färjestaden and 12 km to Kalmar. IMPORTANT: We do not offer bed sheets or towels. However, there is toilet paper, soap, pillows and duvets.
