Excellent location. Easy, straight shot down the PCH from LAX, and of course close to Hermosa and where I needed to be. Location is very close to Redondo restaurants & nightlife. Clean, bright apartment with LOTS of extra towels, which was appreciated! Property host Paul was responsive to my requests and very good with follow up. Enjoyed my four nights here and I will be back!

We are a very private family and this stay was perfect! I work a very busy corporate job so when we take vacation I always appreciate the opportunity to have a peaceful place to stay! I cannot thank you enough for the hospitality. I will definitely save this as a place to visit again!

A historic home in a beautiful, quiet Pasadena neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked home. Easy breezy checking in and checking out. Lots to do in the area. A perfect stay!

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

Wendy's place was perfect place for me, my wife, and toddler to stay. Our bungalow was tucked in the back and there plenty of areas to sit outside. The place felt quiet and secluded even though it was a very easy walk to Redondo Pier. Street parking was very easy, the bed was comfy, and it was a great value. We'd stay here again for sure

Bryant and Margaret were the great host. Always very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly the same as posted - spacious for one (in my case), quiet environment, clean, had everything I needed. Would love to come back again one day! Thank you for having me stay!

Great location behind a lovely Craftsman home in Pasadena. A stand alone cottage overlooking A beautiful landscaped yard. Brett is a great host. Friendly and responsive. Cottage is all new within the last few years. Very clean well supplied. One of the nicest we have stayed in. I would definitely book again.

Wonderful stay! Place was so clean and as described. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and slept so well and just felt at home. The outside space is also beautiful with a beautiful pool. While it was too cold for me to swim I relaxed outside and read my book and enjoyed the space. Can highly recommend!

Simply put, Jennifer and Steve are outstanding hosts who go way beyond what would be considered a good host. Friendly, welcoming, warm, sincere, helpful, communicative, and generous is the tip of the iceberg! The space is amazingly beautiful, comfortable and clean, with every imaginable amenity provided. Superb is the only way to describe the hosts and their property.

Beautiful place to stay peacefully while in the city. Definitely helpful to have your own car/rental car. Absolutely loved the giant windows and view. Would stay again!

It was such a relief to find Ed’s amazing spot last minute after having to leave an unsuitable air bnb I had booked much earlier. Ed was super responsive and friendly, let me use the laundry, and even accommodated an extra night stay. The place itself is actually very big, lots of fun tv, and is in an amazing neighbourhood. I will totes be back and highly recommend :)

Wundervolles kleines Gästehaus in den Hügeln Pasadenas, etwas abgesetzt vom Trubel in Downtown LA. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von den Vögeln und der Sonne durch die vielen Fenster geweckt, es gibt keine bessere Art aufzuwachen. Faisal hat ein tiefes Wissen über Pasadena und LA und war immer verfügbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ohne Auto kann es allerdings schwierig werden, da der nächste ÖPNV 20 Minuten entfernt ist. Aber das sind die USA.

Very nice and clean place. I like that the mattresses are more firm and doesn't sink you in like most hotel ones. Checkin and parking was easy and straightforward.

This was the perfect place to stay for a few nights when visiting some family that is local. Everything was as described and we had no issues during our stay. The in-unit washer/dryer was a really nice addition.

Everything about my extended stay was spectacular. Such a lovely space and in a walkable and peaceful part of town. I won’t soon forget the orange blossoms and jasmine! Anoush and Natalie were beautiful hosts. They made me feel so very at home and looked after. The bed is extremely comfy and the kitchen is stocked. Every detail was thought through to make the space feel like a home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely, totally awesome accommodating and friendly host. I asked if I could come in an hour early and they were able to accommodate. They were super friendly and showed me how to use all the extra little perks in their property. Really easy to find and even had parking in the driveway for me By the fifth hour, I felt like I was in my own home Would absolutely recommend for anyone who is from out of town or even in town and just wanna have a little getaway

Had a great time staying in Alycia’s guest/pool house. I drove from Bay Area and arrived hours earlier than intended and she was more than accommodating and let us get settled in early. Jacuzzi was a god send and the lounge area was really nice to relax in in the sun
