Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Double room, kitchen/dining/living room, new bathroom. Very good 160cm bed or 2 beds. For 3 people, a crib or extra bed is added for the kitchen/dining room. On the building's rooftop, you can enjoy the only pool in the city center, as well as the solarium from which you can see both the Cathedral and a 360º panoramic view of the city. We don't have baby supplies.

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. About pets, they are allowed but paying a surcharge of €30 for a pet apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.
