Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our house is located in the center; 200 meters from the beach, restaurants and cafes. Our home, which we designed for your comfort, is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Suitable for pets. The garden is completely yours. There are seating areas where you can sip your morning coffee or have a pleasant time in the evening. You can make a fire in the garden, in the fire bucket in the winter. In the winter months, it heats comfortably with the floor heating system.

It is a neat location in a lush area that is immaculately and safe, even the garden entrance is separate(independent) at the entrance of the house, the cleanliness and hygiene is done by me and my wife and my older daughter, have all the kitchen requirements and staying in our house with all kinds of needs of guests staying in our house (such as public transportation, parking, grocery store, beach, food restaurants and cafe).

Our 1+1 apartment on the ground floor is located on the lower floor of our own building, surrounded by greenery. It is in a calm and peaceful area, 7-8 minutes by car to Cunda bridge. It is very close to kite surf schools and is very suitable for those who do not want to be affected by the central and noise. It is easy to reach the grocery store and the market. It is 10-15 minutes by car to Ayvalık State Hospital.
