A great place to relax and rest over New year. Cheryl greeted us on arrival and explained all what was near by which helped us plan our stay. We had champagne and grapes left for our new year which was a lovely gesture. We would definitely go back as it is so peaceful and a lovely location. Thank you

I really liked the apartment! Clean, beautiful views from the windows, cozy. We felt like we were at home! Bottles of water and waffles were left as a complement! Very nice ☺️

We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

Thank you Joe and Amparo ! My stay was absolutely wonderful and both of them were very responsive whenever I got in contact, so helpful. The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! Thank you both for making me so welcome. I’ll see you again of that I’m certain. Carol.

We spent 10 most pleasant days in the beautiful and well-located apartment of Gemma and Thibaud who are exceptional hosts. Everything is tasteful and good. It's a quiet place where everything is close by. Lots of details in the apartment make the stay very comfortable. We will definitely stay again and look forward to it!

my family and I stayed 3 nights during the winter and it was wonderful. My dream vacation home. The views of the little cala el Portet and peñón de Ifah were breathtaking. It was easily walkable to the beach and bars in the water front. We also walked to the main part of town through a lovely boardwalk. The weather was nice enough so we hanged out in the porch and cooked steaks in the charcoal asador (BBQ). The team taking care of the place were exceptional, very responsive, super nice and even left us drinks in the fridge and charcoal for the bbq. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Very good experience, comfort, comfort and tranquility

Mirella is a super warm, friendly host who is always helpful and accommodating. The garden is a bijou. We felt very comfortable and at home. Be sure to bring mosquito spray. After all, the entrance and all windows are secured with mosquito nets and there are electrical traps and chemical defenses on site.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

We had a great stay for 9 days in the apartment. It had everything we needed. The nicest sea view that we enjoyed the wheat day. It was quiet only with the sound of the ocean roaring. It is close to Tram and has a mini market just downstairs. El Campello is really a nice area. I very much hope that we have the opportunity to come back sometime. We had our little dog with us, which was just perfect with many places to ventilate and a small palm garden right downstairs.

Responsive host. An excellent and immaculatly clean house. We very much enjoyed our stay over Christmas and would highly recommend.

A great place in a peaceful residence with a splendid pool equipped with a bar. It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. It is very nice and easy to communicate with Carine and Marisa. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! Thank you

The property was just as described. All amenities accurate, comfortable beds. Close to the beach and restaurants as well as groceries. Instructions were clear and the host was very responsive and helpful. The view from the terrace was lovely. They even for warned that there was construction near by but we didn’t have a problem with it. Would go back in a minute.

We spent three particularly pleasant weeks in this beautiful property located in a paradisiacal and very peaceful private estate, enjoying an exceptional location with a superb view of the sea as well as the very beautiful and comfortable gardens, glimpsed daily by a charming staff. Also, the property enjoys a great location near a nice walk to the nearby center. When we arrived, we were greeted by Antonio who was very friendly, and always available when we needed him afterwards. In conclusion, we are looking for a negative point at this rental that bears its name perfectly, but we can't find one. Everything was absolutely perfect, and it's rare enough not to be reported. So we only have one wish, go back as soon as possible, while hoping that after reading our reviews, it is not too often booked...!

Excellent location in Javea !

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

This apartment is in a beautiful location. There is a beautiful walk to the north where there is a swimming area (too early in the season for us). The photos are accurate. Self check-in was easy. I would definitely rent here again. Two small notes. 1) The kitchen is well furnished with utensils. There is a Nespresso machine (I think this is what is was) but you need to bring your own pods. The stove top expresso coffee pot is not functioning. 2) The location is slightly different than where map apps tell you to go. The house is very close to the turn at the La Chaca sign, just past the recycling on your left. You do not turn right down the steep incline.

We were a family of ten covering four generations. The two youngest spent most of the time in the pool which was cleaned and checked during our stay. Plenty of floats and rubber rings etc in the shed for them. Loved the evening barbecues under cover outside on the patio. Large property with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a taxi but some of our group caught the local bus to go to one of the water parks. Used the tennis courts next door which local people and tourists used throughout the day [ no booking required when we were there and they looked unfinished ] Cycled to the two lakes slightly inland although it was very hot and there are some long hills to get there and back so care is needed. The pink salt lake is worth a visit and I loved the red squirrels at laguna salada de la mata. See them near the entrance where there is a shaded tree area with a water tap. They may approach you begging for food although you are not meant to feed them. We had a great week !

Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.
