Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. The outbuilding includes: - a living area with living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, - a master bedroom open to the bathroom - a mezzanine with 2 single beds. - NOTE: the toilet is a dry toilet ;-) You will have access to all the exteriors including the 11x5 m pool, the shaded terrace for your meals and the large garden.

Hello, we are Noémie and Clément and we offer you this studio adjoining our house 5 minutes from Bourg de Péage/Romans. With highway access to Grenoble or Valence less than one minute away. The place is in the countryside without noise. The parking lot is closed by an electric gate whose beep you will have. This same parking area is shared with us. The access to the studio is independent, we may meet in the courtyard but no more.
