It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a veranda overlooking the river on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, with access to the patio and the porch. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort.
