My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. Shops for daily shopping and various restaurants can be found within a 15-minute walk.
