The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique residence, with a past as an artist's home. Nice little apartment with everything for two

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is a large sliding door and a lovely view

So even in the freezing weather, it's warm and comfortable to be in. The home is small and absolutely ideal for the couple who want a unique experience together, or for the small family (Recommended max 2 adults). The large windows facing north offer a fantastic view of the sea 🌞🌞 For the house is a 2-person kayak with life jackets.
