The guest house sits near the entrance of Sugar Magnolia Farms and is used by family and friends who vacation at Kentucky Lake. Within walking distance of Kentucky Lake and Belews, this gem has been remodeled from top to bottom. New appliances, flooring and two decks for grillin' and chillin'. This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room with a kitchenette only, a large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!

Comfortably furnished and private one room cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen sized bed that sleeps 2 and a twin bed that can sleep 1. The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.
